More American Brainfood!

Everyone is getting hooked on brainfood!

groovy grapes

Kayla and Kate like kucumbers...I mean cucumbers!

appetizing apples

bountiful blueberries

crunchy carrots

the orange orange

perfect plum

Are any of these fruits popular brainfoods in Australia?

  1. Great brainfood Mrs Yollis' class!

All of these fruits are very popular for brainfood in our class except blueberries. Blueberries can be difficult to buy or expensive here.

I love plums but they are only in season for a couple of months at the start of the year so I won't be able to buy them soon :(

Does anyone in Mrs Yollis' class grow their own fruit or veg?

  2. Dear 2KM and Mrs Yollis' class,

It's great to see Mrs Yollis' class getting into the brain food! Our Grade 2s at Leopold love to munch on their healthy brain food snacks at 10.00am. It certainly helps give them energy and brainpower to focus on our activities!

Out of all of those options, I would have to say grapes are my favourite. I also love strawberries, cherries and pineapple.

Keep up the great work on your Collaboration Corner and keep enjoying that brain food in America!

    From Miss Jordan.
