  1. Dear Ben,

Thank you for sharing your lunch.

Your salad looks quite different to the salads we have in Australia. We normally have a lot less meat and I have not seen broccoli in a salad before! Although it is a very nutritious vegetable!

Well done for choosing the plain low fat milk rather than the chocolate milk!

Every day for lunch I bring a salad. I have lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, beetroot and either eggs or meat. Maybe I'll do a post about my lunch next week!

  2. @ Miss McGeady,

I love salad like it seems you do! I do not usually get broccoli in the salad. It is almost always a carrot stick. I was wondering what is a beetroot? Is is like a red beet that we have in America?

    Sincerely,
    Ben

  3. Dear Miss McGeady,

I also ate the salad that Ben showed you because we both bought the same thing. I have tried beetroot before, but I don't like it.

I've seen my mom put it in her salad, so I think she likes it.

    Sincerely,

    Ethan
