Australia: Lachlan's Lunch

Here is Lachlan from 2KM talking about his lunch. He has two lettuce and tomato sandwiches, sultanas, an apricot muesli bar, a cheese and biscuit snack pack, a banana, a kiwi fruit and a drink of water.

    you do have some food in the vegetables and fruit group but you do not have any food in the grains cereal dairy meat and protein.
    You have a very healthy lunch I think you lunch looks very yummy.

    you have a very healthy lunch. You have a few food groups in you lunch such as lettes is a vegtable,banna is a fruit and some tomatos and saltanes. Did you know saltanas are dride graps. I think your sandwhich is very helthy it is great to see that you have two fruits you are very helthy best wishes Rhiannon.

    What a healthy lunch! In America, sometimes they serve a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. It is called a BLT. Do they do that in Australia?

    I love that you are having a kiwi in your lunch. Not only are they beautiful when you cut them open, they taste great as well!
